Thank you for choosing Xpress Style for your hair care needs. Please read the following terms and conditions carefully before using our website or booking an appointment.

1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By using our website or booking an appointment, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our website or services.

2. SERVICES

Xpress Style offers a variety of hair care services, including haircuts, blowouts, color services, vivid hair color, hair extensions, conditioning and texture services, lash extensions, and facials. A full list of our services can be found on our website.

3. APPOINTMENTS

Appointments can be booked online or by phone. We recommend booking your appointment in advance, as we can get booked up quickly.

4. CANCELLATIONS

We require at least 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice will be subject to a cancellation fee.

5. PRICES

The prices of our services are listed on our website. Please note that prices are subject to change without notice.

6. PAYMENT

Payment is due at the time of service. We accept cash, credit cards, and debit cards.

7. GIFT CERTIFICATES

Gift certificates are available for purchase online or at our salon. Gift certificates are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash.

8. DISCLAIMER

Salon D does not guarantee the results of any of our services. We will do our best to provide you with the best possible service, but we cannot guarantee that you will be happy with the results.

9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Xpress Style LLC is not liable for any damages, including but not limited to, direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, arising out of or in connection with the use of our website or services.

10. GOVERNING LAW

These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California.

11. ENTIRE AGREEMENT

These terms and conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and Xpress Style with respect to the use of our website and services. Any prior or contemporaneous agreements, representations, or understandings are superseded by these terms and conditions.

12. SEVERABILITY

If any provision of these terms and conditions is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be struck and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
